The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Joseph Mascorro, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Seth Thomas Sheffler, pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Paige Janet Kronfeldt, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
