The May Lady Tigers coasted to a 70-33 victory over Dublin Wednesday night to conclude play in the Girls Small School Division of the TexasBank Holiday Classic.
The Lady Tigers owned a 21-11 edge after one quarter, which stood at 35-19 at intermission, and 60-28 heading into the final frame.
Jordyn Gerhardt’s 31 points were a game-high trailed by 14 from Lauren Hicks, 10 from Chloe Lord, eight from Cortney Harper, five from Aubree Gerhardt, and two points from McKenna Landes.
Dublin was paced by 14 points from Adrianna Stewart and 12 points from Olivia Salyer.

Zephyr Lady Bulldogs 41, Plains 38
Coleman 42, Zephyr Lady Bulldogs 29
The Zephyr Lady Bulldogs fended off Plains, 41-38, Wednesday morning for their first victory in Girls Small School Division action at the TexasBank Holiday Classic, then later fell to Coleman, 42-29, to conclude the tournament.
In the win over Plains, Zephyr was in front 16-12 after one quarter, 26-24 at halftime, and 36-28 heading to the fourth period.
Scoring for Zephyr were Calyn Kubin with 11 points, Avery Stevens with nine, Kirstan King with eight, Kenlyn King with six, Sydney Hobson with four, and Rile Hood with one point.
Plains received 15 points from Ariah Coronado.
In the loss to Coleman, the Lady Bulldogs fell behind 11-7 after one period, 24-16 at halftime, and 34-18 ahead of the fourth quarter.
Kubin again led the offense with 11 points followed by nine from Kenlyn King, six from Stevens, and two points apiece from Hood and Nataly Lopez.
Karley Hale scored 12 points to ignite Coleman while Lexi Foster added nine, and Lily Norris chipped in seven points.

Ozona 37, Early Lady Horns 23
The Early Lady Horns split their final two games in the Girls Small School Division at the TexasBank Holiday Classic Wednesday, rallying past Childress before falling to Ozona.
In the 38-29 victory over Childress, the Lady Horns were down 11-5 after one quarter and 16-11 at halftime, but surged in front 28-21 heading to the fourth period.
Gabby Benson sparked Early with 14 points followed by eight from Aliyah Harlan, seven from Avery Williams, six from Andie Simpson, two from Abby Ferguson, and one point from Cassidy Frerichs.
Childress received nine points from Landry Hunter and eight from Emma Jalamo.
In the 37-23 loss to Ozona, Early was behind 10-8 after one quarter, 13-12 at the break, and 23-16 heading to the fourth period.
The Lady Horns were led by Simpson with eight points, Williams and Harlan with four each, Benson with three, and Vargas and Gomez each with two points.
Avery Davidson’s 21 points were the team-high for Ozona.

Plains 52, Zephyr Bulldogs 49 (OT)
The Zephyr Bulldogs pushed Plains to an extra session, but suffered a 52-49 overtime loss Wednesday night in their final Boys Bronze Division game at the TexasBank Holiday Classic.
The Bulldogs faced a 14-7 hole after one quarter and trailed 28-21 at halftime, but carried a 38-36 lead into the fourth period, as the end of regulation found the score knotted at 42.
Scoring for Zephyr were Spencer Marwitz with 11 points, Cooper Walls and Reese Hamm with 10 apiece, Baeur Blair with six, and Troy Kubin, Chayden Woodcock, CJ Byers and Quayde Heard with two points apiece.
Plains was sparked by Braylon Ward, who chalked up a game-high 30 points.

Cisco 72, Early Longhorns 65
The Early Longhorns were upended by the Cisco Loboes, 72-65, in their final Boys Silver Bracket contest Wednesday at the TexasBank Holiday Classic.
Down 21-16 after one quarter and 39-31 at halftime, the Longhorns rallied to tie the score at 49 heading to the fourth period.
Zach Rumfield scored 23 points for the Longhorns followed by 14 from Ian Desai, nine from Isaac Ybarra, seven from Dayton Zamora, six from Angel Marquez, four from Braiden Brown, three from Skyden Stoddart, and two points from Darryl Watkins.
Carrying the load for Cisco was Carter Toof with 35 points, while Owen Kilpatrick tacked on 14 points.

Fort Worth Nolan Catholic 48, Bangs Lady Dragons 15
The Bangs Lady Dragons were denied by Fort Worth Nolan Catholic, 48-15, Wednesday in their final Girls Small School Division contest at the TexasBank Holiday Classic.
Bangs trailed 19-2 after one quarter, 33-6 at halftime, and 39-10 through three periods.
Ashlynn Sliger finished with 10 points for the Lady Dragons while Justice Baker chipped in five points.
Nolan Catholic was led by Rayne Nyaiteyo with 22 points and Morgan Taylor with 10 points.
