The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Stephanie Marie Walters aka Baldwin, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Donquese Everett-Young, on probation for the felony offenses of Assault of Pregnant Person and Felon in Possession of Firearm was adjudicated and sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Brittany Kathleen McDonough, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault and Continuous Violence Against the Family and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Lucy Ann Ogden, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Ana Aviles, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 180 days, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
