
Early Lady Horns 40, Peaster 23
PEASTER – The Early Lady Horns improved to 2-0 in District 8-3A action and 13-4 on the season with a 40-23 road victory over Peaster Tuesday night.
Early trailed 8-5 after one quarter, grabbed an 11-9 halftime lead, and carried a 28-19 advantage into the fourth period.
Avery Williams finished with 10 points for Early trailed by eight each from Aliyah Harlan and Gabby Benson, four points from Abby Ferguson, and one point from Cali Vargas.
The Lady Horns next host Comanche Friday as district action continues.

Zephyr Bulldogs 67, Lingleville 26
ZEPHYR – The Zephyr Bulldogs moved to 10-3 on the season with a 67-26 home victory over Lingleville Tuesday night.
The Bulldogs were in front 25-3 after one frame, 41-9 at the break, and 58-14 through three quarters.
Reese Hamm scored a game-high 20 points for Zephyr trailed by CJ Byers with 14 points, Cooper Walls with eight , Troy Kubin, Spencer Marwitz, and Quayde Heard with six apiece, Bauer Blair with four, and Chayden Woodcock with three points.
The Bulldogs will host Clifton at 4:30 p.m. Friday.

May Lady Tigers 69, Santa Anna 24
MAY – The May Lady Tigers secured a 69-24 victory over Santa Anna Tuesday, improving to 13-5 in the process.
The Lady Tigers led 25-5 after one quarter, 50-7 at halftime, and 60-15 heading into the fourth period.
Jordyn Gerhardt paced the Lady Tigers with 38 points followed by Chloe Lord with 17, Cortney Harper with 10, and McKenna Landes with four points.
May will next welcome Blanket at 1 p.m. Friday.

Grape Creek 46, Zephyr Lady Bulldogs 37
ZEPHYR – The Zephyr Lady Bulldogs slipped to 9-7 on the season with a 46-37 home loss to Class 3A Grape Creek Tuesday night.
Zephyr trailed 15-9 after one quarter, 29-18 at halftime, and 38-28 after three frames.
Scoring for the Lady Bulldogs were Kenlyn King with 16 points, Calyn Kubin and Avery Stevens with eight apiece, Riley Hood with three, and Sydnee Simpson with two points.
The Lady Bulldogs will host Priddy Friday.

Graford 75, May Tigers 54
GRAFORD – The May Tigers were upended by Class 2A No. 5 Graford, 75-54, Tuesday night.
May (9-3) fell behind Graford (14-1) by a 18-15 count after one stanza, 38-30 at intermission, and 60-39 heading to the final quarter.
The Tigers received 17 points from Kobey Morris, 12 each from Brody Stice and Tyran Perry, eight from Jackson Lusk, and two points from Kaden Watkins.
May will visit Water Valley at 9 a.m. Friday and Jim Ned at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
