The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Gidget Diane Lawson aka Gidget Diane Stewart, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone was revoked and sentenced to Seven 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Ronnie Pena, on probation for the felony offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Betti Hounshell, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with a Governmental Record was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Christian Taylor Lewis, on probation for two separate state jail felony offenses of Forgery was adjudicated and sentenced to 11 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Brianna White, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 180 Days, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
