
According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the November 2025 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 30 true bills were returned against 23 persons.
Those indicted were:
- Collin Travis King: Possession of a controlled substance
- Justin Lee Bolt: Injury to elderly individual
- Matthew Taylor Alberthal: Continuous violence against the family
- Wesley Warren Clark: Burglary of a habitation
- Billy Kyle Vogel Jr.: Possession of a controlled substance
- Jose Luis Segovia Jr.: Burglary of a habitation, repeat offender; Evading arrest, repeat offender
- Joseph Russell Housand: Possession of a controlled substance, repeat offender
- Clifford Darel Denison II: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, habitual offender
- Austin Wade Baugh: Assault family violence-occlusion
- Nathaniel Lamont Webb: Sexual assault of a child, habitual offender
- Anjanee Elizabeth Humphries aka Anjanee Gray: Theft-enhanced
- Jimmy F. Phillips: Driving while intoxicated
- David Alan Carr III aka David Alan Carr: Assault against pregnant person
- Jacob L. Baumguardner: Injury to a child
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
