Juan Carlos Rodriguez Hidalgo 54, of Brownwood Texas, passed away on November 27, 2025, in Abilene Texas. Juan was born in Minas Del plomo municipio de Ocampo Coahuila Mexico, on November 29,1970 to Matias Rodriguez Quiros and Maria Luisa Hidalgo Moreno.

In 1987 he married the love of his life Maria Del Carmen Rodriguez together they built a devoted family and raised three children Carlos, Cesar and Amy He was a great husband, father to his kids and a good friend a very quiet and smart man.

He worked most of his life as a welder in Brownwood Texas.

Juan is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Jesus Matias Rodriguez Hidalgo.

He is survived by his wife Maria Del Carmen Rodriguez and his two sons Carlos Josue Rodriguez from Lake Brownwood, Cesar Aldahir Rodriguez from Brownwood, and daughter Amy Steward and husband Michael Steward from San Angelo, Texas. Brothers Miguel Angel Rodriguez and wife Maria Rodriguez from Omaha Nebraska, Jose Luis Rodriguez and wife Socorro Rodriguez from Omaha Nebraska, Ricardo Rodriguez and wife Laura Rodriguez from Lake Brownwood, Raul Rodriguez from Acuña Coahuila Mexico, sisters Gabriela Sandoval and husband Ruben Sandoval from Bangs, Texas, Maria Del Rosario Rodriguez from Omaha Nebraska.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Thursday, December 4,2025 at Blaylock Funeral Home, Brownwood.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025, with burial to follow at Greenleaf Cemetery.

Blaylock Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
