A beloved patriarch, lifelong rancher, and pillar of the community, Robert D. “Dick” Koenig, affectionately known as “Ganner,” of Burkett went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 24th.

Services in his honor will be held at the First Methodist Church of Cross Plains on Friday, November 28th and include a visitation at 1:00 PM and memorial service at 2:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at the Burkett Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to the First Methodist Church of Cross Plains.

Higginbotham Funeral Home of Cross Plains is in charge of arrangements.
