  • Tampering with a Witness in Family Violence Case – In January 2024, Britton is accused of trying to get a victim in a family violence case to sign an affidavit of non-prosecution, and he also was allegedly sitting on warrants, which were issue for the arrest of the suspect and protection of the victim, and he also is accused of trying to influence the victim to withhold testimony or information during the prosecution of this family violence case.
