The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Amber Dawn Quick, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- James Nickerson aka James Earl Nickerson, pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Oscar Montalvo, pled guilty to the felony offense of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Jennifer Henington, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
