MERIDIAN – The May Lady Tigers improved to 3-0 on the season with a 61-17 road victory over Meridian Friday afternoon.

May led 21-7 after one quarter, 38-13 at halftime, and 49-15 through three frames.

Jordan Gerhardt scored 28 points to pace the Lady Tigers followed by 17 from Chloe Lord, eight from Aubree Gerhardt, six from Cortney Harper and two points from McKenna Landes.

The Lady Tigers are back in action at 6 p.m. Tuesday when they host Newcastle.
