Rising sporting clays competitor, Kayli DeVusser achieved an extraordinary milestone at the National Sporting Clays Championship held at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas. Competing against some of the nation’s top shooters, Kayli not only qualified for the prestigious Pro Class but also captured two major titles — Sub Junior Lady National Champion and AA Lady National Champion.
Qualifying for Pro Class is a remarkable accomplishment, typically reserved for the most experienced and consistent shooters in the sport. For Kayli to reach this level as a junior shooter underscores her exceptional skill, focus, and dedication.
The National Sporting Clays Championship draws thousands of competitors from across the world, making her victories even more impressive. Kayli’s success reflects countless hours of training, a strong competitive spirit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Beyond her accomplishments on the course, Kayli is admired for her sportsmanship, humility, and for founding Pull for Hope (sporting clays tournament to raise money for juvenile diabetes research). She continues to be a positive role model for young shooters and a proud representative of her community.
With two national titles and a Pro Class qualification already to her name, Kayli’s future in the sport of sporting clays looks exceptionally bright. She will shoot her first event as a Pro, in Tucson this coming March.
