
The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:
- On November 5, 2025, at 1453 hours, Deputy Thomas Belaot with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Misty Glen Dr. regarding a terroristic threat. Information was gathered, and a report was completed.
- On 11/06/25, at approximately 2250 hours, Deputies Ethan Fox and John Geis were dispatched to CR 551, Brownwood, Tx 76801 regarding a terroristic threat. On arrival, Deputies spoke with Ronald Powers, who stated his cousin, THOMPSON, MARVIN, who lives next door, threatened to “blow his brains out.” Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Friday, November 07, 2025, at 12:27 hours, Sgt Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to the intersection of Lakeshore DR/ Harbor Dr in the Northlake Community regarding a traffic accident. Upon arrival, the driver was identified as Don Nall. Information was gathered, and an information report was completed.
- On Friday, 11/07/2025, at or about 1232 hours, Deputy Chris Williamson was dispatched to a burglary call located at CR 175, Bangs, TX. Norma Jean Jowers stated the property owner, Alonzo Fuller, allowed her and her husband to leave their belongings on the property. Jowers stated sometime between April 2025, and November 2, 2025, the residence was broken into, and items were taken. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, 11/08/2025, at about 1200 hours, Deputy Chris Williamson was dispatched to an animal complaint located at CR 147, Brownwood, TX. Justin James Bailey stated two dogs were observed on his property chasing his cattle. The owner of the dogs, ALETHIA NACOUMA CORBIN, was issued paperwork for Dogs Prohibited from Running at Large. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 12:58 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff TJ Harrell was dispatched to County Road 231, Brown County, Texas regarding missing livestock. A male subject stated he has 68 Dorper Royal White Sheep missing. Information was gathered, and a report was generated.
- On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 17:41 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff TJ Harrell was dispatched to FM 2273, Brown County, Texas, 76857 regarding a structure fire. A male subject explained he was burning trash and lost control of the fire. He was made aware of the burn ban. Information was gathered, and a report was generated.
- On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 18:33 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff TJ Harrell was dispatched to North Lakeside Drive, Oak Point Subdivision, Brown County, Texas regarding a criminal mischief complaint. The caller advised dispatch there were tire spikes in the road. Upon arrival, a male subject stated he ran over the tire spikes, and they had flattened his back tires on his side-by-side. Information was gathered, and a report was generated.
- On 11/09/2025, at approximately 2238 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff Madeline Reigle was performing regular duties on patrol, heading southbound on 183 N, when she observed a vehicle traveling northbound at a high rate of speed. During the traffic stop, Deputy Reigle could smell the strong odor of alcohol emitting from the driver, identified as STEVEN AUGUSTINE SALAS. SALAS admitted to consuming alcohol at Boots and Spurs bar and admitted to having prior arrests for DWI. SALAS agreed to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and failed. SALAS was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More. A warrant was signed, SALAS’ blood was collected for evidence, and a report was written. This report is for further investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
- On November 11th, 2025, at 1552, hours, Deputy Hayden Donahoo was dispatched to a theft at CR 159, Brownwood, Tx 76801. Information and pictures were gathered on scene. A report was made.
- On November 11, 2025, at 2147 hours, I, Deputy Thomas Beloat, along with Deputy Fox with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, was dispatched to Vick Dr. regarding a Domestic disturbance. Information was gathered, and a report was completed.
