Five members of the Brownwood Lady Lions volleyball team earned all-district accolades from the coaches of District 6-4A.

Landing on the first team was senior outside hitter Aniah Hines, while second—team choices were senior outside hitter Hannah Deen and senior setter Icess Hall.

Receiving honorable mention were senior defensive specialists Maddi Scott and Lanie Johnson.

Making the academic all-district team for Brownwood were Hines, Deen, Hall, Scott, Johnson, Kaydence Chandler, Grace Sparks, Jentry Coalson, Sara Stubblefield, Bellah Stokes and Addy Huerta.

The Lady Lions finished the season with a 16-19 overall record and 2-8 district mark – their first league victories since 2021 – in their first season under head coach Kristen Grimes.
