In college basketball action Monday night, the Howard Payne Yellow Jackets improved to 3-0 on the season with their third home victory since Friday, 110-102 over McMurry at the Brownwood Coliseum.

Meanwhile, the Howard Payne Lady Jackets slipped to 1-2 overall with a 71-52 home loss to McMurry.

The Lady Jackets are back in action at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, again at home against LeTourneau, while the next game for the Yellow Jackets is at 6 p.m. Friday against the Mississippi University for Women.
