Brownwood High School recently shared the following information on social media:

BHS Student Council presented a check for $1,578.92 to the Corinne T. Smith Animal Shelter after a successful Teacher Homecoming Court fundraiser. The student-led initiative rallied campus and community support during Homecoming week to benefit local animals in need.

Our Student Council showed heart. From organizing the campaign to counting donations, students owned every step, and we are so happy to donate the proceeds to a great cause!
