The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Gerald Rutherford Holloway, aka Gerald Rutherford Holloway Jr., was found guilty of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division by the Court.
