
The office of District Attorney, Micheal Murray reports the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding:
- Crystal Rachelle Galloway, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Keirsten Nykole Matlock, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- David Bradley Jenkins, on probation for the felony offense of Debit Card Abuse – Against Elderly Individual, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Jenkins, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Edwin Leton Steptoe, on probation for the felony offense of Failure to Register as Sex Offender, pled not true and after a hearing was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division by the Court.
- Joshua Nathan Faglie, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger, was revoked and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Ronnie Lynn Fox III, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Lucila Salazar, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- David Dwight Price pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Amber Leann Snider pled guilty to the state felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
