Fall Fun in Brown County

This month the Brown County community will be hosting fall events for all ages! Come out and enjoy the fun with your friends and family.

Now – November 1st

  • The 325 Haunted House will be operating on various dates with food and drinks provided (more details https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16faLDFqyu/ ).
  • Early Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch: 3:30 p.m. to dusk Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to dusk Saturday, and 1 p.m. to dusk Sunday

Every Weekend in October

  • Bluebonnet Barn at Paske-Whiskey Ranch’s Autumn Acres Pumpkin Patch and Family Fun

      October 24th

      • Bangs Project Graduation Carnival of Shadows, 7:30 p.m. to Midnight at Bangs Ag Show Barn

      October 24th – 26th

      • The Brownwood Lyric Theatre presents “A Tomb With a View” at 2:30pm

        October 25th

        • The Brownwood Public Library will be hosting a special session of Revamped Art: “Remix Vintage Art With a Spooky Twist” from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
        • Decorate a Bucket costumes, treats and Halloween fun at McCoy’s 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
        • Trunk or Treat at Lake Brownwood State Park from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
        • Haven of Hope Fall Festival, 4 to 7 p.m.
        • Cen-Tex will be hosting “Spooky Night” at the Camp Bowie Soccer Complex from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
        • Oak Ridge Manor will host their first Annual Harvest Fest from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
        • Early High School Band Spooktacular Concert, 5:3o p.m. at EHS SAC
        • Trunk or Treat at First Baptist Church of Blanket, 6 to 7:30 p.m.
        • Bluebonnet Barn at Paske-Whiskey Ranch’s Autumn Acres After Dark, 6 to 11 p.m.
        • Bangs Project Graduation Carnival of Shadows, 7:30 p.m. to Midnight at Bangs Ag Show Barn

        October 25th-26th

        • Rocky Creek Pumpkin Patch – 2 p.m. to dusk Saturday and 4 p.m. to dusk Sunday.

        October 28th

        • The Lake Hills Healthcare Center will host their “Trunk or Treat” from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
        • Care Nursing and Rehab Trunk or Treat, 5:30 p.m.

        October 29th

        • Calvary Baptist Church Trunk or Treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m. 
        • First Baptist Church of Early will host their Fall Festival from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
        • Grace Baptist Church Trunk or Treat, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

        October 30th

        • The Chatfield’s Trunk or Treat, 5 to 7 p.m.
        • The Lehnis Railroad Museum and Visitors Center will be hosting their “Pumpkin Patch Express” from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
        • The “Halloween Spooky Spectacular” will take place at the Early Town Center Park from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

        October 31st

        • CrisTea’s Nutrition will pass out candy starting at 5 p.m.
        • Freddy’s Steakburgers and Custard Halloween Costume Party, 5 to 7 p.m.
        • Market Place Apartments Trick or Treat, 5 to 7 p.m.
        • Brownwood Regional Airport will host a Trunk or Treat from 5 to 8 p.m.
        • The 17th Annual Downtown Brownwood Trick-or-Treat will take place from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
        • Festival Park Trunk or Treat, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
        • Operation Safe Spook at the Brownwood/Brown County Law Enforcement Office, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
        • Halloween Bash at the The Mill in Zephyr, 5:30 to 8 p.m. for kids, adults only from 8 to 10 p.m.
        • First Baptist Church of Brownwood will host “Trunk or Treat” from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
        • Follow-ween the Light at Milton Baptist Church, 6 to 8 p.m.
        • Vickburg Retirement Community Trunk or Treat, 6 to 8 p.m.
        • Halloween Glow Bowl at Rex’s Texas Lanes, 7 to 11 p.m.
        • Bangs Project Graduation Carnival of Shadows, 7:30 p.m. to Midnight at Bangs Ag Show Barn

        November 1st 

        • Bangs First Methodist Church Fall Festival, 5 to 7 p.m.
        • Brownwood First Methodist Church Fall Festival, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
        • Bluebonnet Barn at Paske-Whiskey Ranch’s Autumn Acres After Dark (Adults Only), 7 to 11 p.m.
