Appointment Highlights Innovation, Inclusion, and Member-First Finance Across Five States

WACO, TEXAS — September 10, 2025 — First Central Credit Union is proud to announce that its President & CEO, Jo Betsy Tyler has been elected as Secretary by the Board of Directors of the Cornerstone Credit Union League, representing more than 600 credit unions of all asset sizes across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

This milestone appointment reflects the League’s confidence in Jo Betsy’s leadership. Her vision has led to First Central advancing equitable, innovative, and member-first financial services for thousands of Central Texans.
