Median Sales Price:  $223,000 – down 0.7%

Active Listings:  235 – up 26.3%

Months of Inventory:  6.9 – up 1.4 month

Days on Market:  65 – down 23 days

Days to Close:  34 – up 2 days

Total Days:  99 – down 21 days

Median Home Size:  1,637 square feet

Median Year Built:  1993

Closing Price/Original List Price:  89.4%

Price Distribution:

less than $100,000:  12.1%

$100,000 – 199,999:  30.3%

$200,000 – 299,999:  39.4%
