Obdulia (Sanchez) Larios

Obdulia (Sanchez) Larios, 83, of Brownwood, Texas passed away Friday, September 19, 2025. A visitation with family will be held at Heartland Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, September 22, 2025. The Funeral will be Tuesday Morning, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Greenleaf Cemetery with her son, Jose Larios officiating.

Obdulia was born November 4, 1941 in Allende, Coahuila, Mexico to Octabio and Amparo Garcia Sanchez. She married Hilario Larios on October 24, 1965 in Allende and they began a life together that blessed them with 5 children and many grandchildren. Obdulia spent her days sewing clothes for her kids, chasing and raising children, and having a clean home with a great supper for Hilario when he came in. She loved having people read the Bible to her and spending time with family.

Obdulia is survived by her husband, Hilario Larios, daughters, Blanca Larios, Leticia Alvarado and husband Juan Manuel, Maribel Soliz and husband Juan, Patricia Sotelo and husband Rolando; son, Jose Larios and wife, Marisela; grandchildren, Gerardo Diaz, Hortencia Diaz, Xavier Soliz, Laura Cabrera and husband, Kailyn, Jose Soliz, Jose Larios Jr., Eber Larios and Xazmin Larios; 5 great grandchildren, Hudson Soliz, Bryce Soliz, Xavier Soliz, Ezra Soliz and Leonardo Cabrera; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Obdulia was preceded in death by her father, Octavio Sanche and Mother, Amparo Garcia and four brothers.
