The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Charles Burt Hardaway entered an agreed plea of guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Lorena Arriaga Navejar entered an agreed plea of guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Kaden Boyd, in a contested hearing, entered a plea of Not True on all allegations of violations of his probation terms in a felony Aggravated Robbery case. The Court found that Boyd did violate his probation terms and he was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
