BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons’ three-match win streak was halted on their home court by Ballinger in straight sets Tuesday evening.

Bangs received eight kills from Ashlynn Sliger, seven from Cameryn Harmon, and one apiece from Justice Baker, Aubrey Martin, Cricket Caulkins, Stormy Stringer and Karlyee Sliger.

Baker also recorded 14 assists trailed by Martin and Caulkins with one apiece.

Ashlynn Sliger served a team-high four aces, Baker chipped in three and Caulkins and Cloey Petty each added one.

Defensively, the digs leader was Harmon with 14 followed by Petty and Baker with 12 apiece, Adalynne Stephens with eight, Kylee Byler with five, Caulkins and Stringer with four each, Ashlynn Sliger with three, and Martin with one.

At the net, Ashlynn Sliger and Karlyee Sliger each collected a pair of blocks and Harmon, Martin and Kynlee White registered one apiece.

The Lady Dragons (6-18) are back in action at 10 a.m. Saturday at Colorado City
