Glenda C. Evans, age 88 of Mason, Texas passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025, in San Angelo, Texas. Glenda was born on January 26, 1937, to Otis Howard and Allie Teague Howard. She taught cosmetology at Ranger Jr. College in Brownwood, Texas. She played the organ and piano for the United Pentecostal Church in Brady for several years. She loved her family and loved the Lord.

Funeral services for Glenda Evans will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00AM at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels in Brady. Glenda is survived by her son, Slade Neal Poe and wife Cynthia Loudermilk of Brady, granddaughters Heather LeAnn Neal, Justine Carol Rumbaugh, and Jazlyn Starr Blackburn, and grandson Zachary Neil Poe. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son and one daughter.
