The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Brandon Wayne Horton pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlle Substance and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jamie Rae Dysert, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Dysert, on probation for two separate state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Billy Shy Drew pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Colt Justin Greenrock pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Jason Jamal Jefferson pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
