The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 9^th, 2025:

(VAR 14-25) 4306 9^th St: Requesting a variance for 12 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.

(VAR 15-25) 4602 9^th St: Requesting a variance for 15 ft. into the 15 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.

(VAR 16-25) 1802 Stagecoach Rd: Requesting a variance for 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.

(VAR 17-25) 808 Ave H: Requesting a variance for 5 ft. into the 5 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport. Will add gutters.
