Shanna Gayle Hair (Mullins), 54, of Brownwood, Texas, passed away on August 12, 2025. Shanna was bright, candid, and fiercely loving—always known for speaking her mind and loving her people without half-measures. She never met a stranger; whether she visited with you, shared a conversation, or simply honked or waved while passing through town, she considered you family.

She is survived by her children, Devin Sisco (Powell) and Divanna Van Elder; her beloved grandchildren, Maddie Felty, Bryson Powell, Liam Van Elder Junkert, Braylin Powell, Laken Powell, and Aspen Powell; and her siblings, Samantha Helinger, Melanie Glass, Michelle Pinkard, Carrie Lancaster and James (J.R.) Hair. She will also be deeply missed by many extended family members and countless friends.

Shanna was preceded in death by her parents, James Roland Hair and Lynda Robertson; her sister, Sabrina Pierson; and several other loved ones gone too soon.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Clear Creek Cemetery on CR 180. A celebration of life will follow at 3396 Stanley Lane.

Memorial contributions to assist with funeral expenses may be made through CashApp at $vannavanelder and $devinsmowing.

“You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me into glory.”
