Brown County Sheriff's Office Report: Aug. 19

The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:

On Sunday, 8/17/2025, at about 2234 hours, Deputy Chris Williamson was dispatched to a criminal mischief call located at Virginia St, Bangs, TX. Prior to Deputy Williamson’s arrival, MARISSA ANGELICA JIMENEZ and her sister, MARICELA MERCEDES JIMENEZ, arrived at this location. MARICELAS and MARISSA assaulted Damon Griffin at this location, causing injuries. MARISSA was taken into custody, and MARICELA was taken to Hendrick Medical Center Emergency Room for medical treatment. Information was collected and a report was made.

On Sunday, 8/17/2025, at about 2234 hours, Deputy Chris Williamson was dispatched to a criminal mischief call located at Virginia St, Bangs, TX. Prior to Deputy Williamson’s arrival, MARISSA ANGELICA JIMENEZ and her sister, MARICELA MERCEDES JIMENEZ, arrived at this location. MARICELAS and MARISSA assaulted Emily Piky at this location, causing injuries. MARISSA was taken into custody, and MARICELA was taken to Hendrick Medical Center Emergency Room for medical treatment. Information was collected and a report was made.
On 08/18/2025, at approximately 1302 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff Madeline Reigle received a call complaint regarding Deadly Conduct. The victim stated their then partner pointed a loaded firearm at the victim’s chest and abdomen area, causing the victim to fear for their life. This incident stemmed from a previous argument regarding the suspect’s infidelity. A report was made for further investigation by the Brown County Criminal Investigations Division.
On Tuesday, 8-19-2025, at about 01:33 hours, Sgt Byron Langley arrived at Martin St in Bangs, TX regarding domestic disturbance. Sgt Langley spoke to the victim (Victim), who stated her boyfriend, NOAH DONOVAN JONES (Suspect) had assaulted her after a verbal argument. Osbourn stated JONES had dragged her off the bed and then elbowed her and kneed her causing her pian. JONES was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail.
