The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is requesting proposals for inmate phone services. Interested parties may obtain an RFP from Les Karnes at the Brown County Jail or visit www.browncountytx.gov. Proposals will be mailed to 1050 W Commerce Brownwood, TX 76801 Attn: Les Karnes. The deadline for submissions is Friday, August 29, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
