Everyone is cordially invited to attend this month’s meeting on Thursday August 21, 2025.

The meeting will be held at the Brownwood Country Club.  Buffet opens at 5:30, program starts at 6:00 pm

Membership is not required.  PLEASE RSVP TO REBECCA, 325-998-3880 by Tuesday August 19 to ensure enough food is prepared by the Country Club Buffet. ($17 CASH ONLY) Buffet will be available if we get a minimum of 25 RSVP’S.  Otherwise, menu items will be available.

Jill will be bringing us updated information on the events happening in the Texas 89th Legislative Session, the Special Session, the Second Special Session which most certainly will be called by Governor Abbot, due to the runaway democrat’s actions that delayed the voting on the very important items on the agenda. And also, will there be any repercussions of their actions?

As an active member in the Texas Republican Party, she served as Delegate to every Texas GOP Convention since she was 20 years old.  And in 1996 she served as a National Delegate in the GOP National Convention.

And throughout the following years she has been active in several Republican organizations and chaired numerous committees within the party throughout the state. Currently, she serves as a Precinct Chair and as the Resolutions Chair for the Tarrant County GOP.
