The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Brandon Gilbreath pled guilty to the felony offense of Possessions of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Bryson Angel, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft of a Firearm, was adjudicated and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Michael Shane Scofield, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
