The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following press release:
The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the 31st Annual Business Expo and 3rd Annual Food Truck Cook-Off, presented by United Supermarkets. The event will take place on Thursday, August 21, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Brownwood Event Center, located at 601 East Baker Street, Brownwood, TX.
This year’s Business Expo will feature a wide variety of exhibitors from both small and large businesses in our community, showcasing the best in local crafts, healthcare, real estate, insurance, banking, wellness, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with businesses and explore the unique products and services they offer.
Visitors can participate in the popular Business Expo Bingo, completing their bingo cards by visiting each booth for a chance to win the Expo Grand Prize. Prizes from exhibitors will also be awarded throughout the day, as this year’s Expo takes on the fun ‘HEROES OF COMMERCE: UNMASKING THE POWER OF INNOVATION’ theme.
Exhibitors will compete for awards in several categories, including Best Overall Booth, Best Theme, and Best Newcomer. Meanwhile, food trucks participating in the Food Truck Cook-Off will vie for the coveted $500 Grand Prize Food Truck, with the winner being announced at 3:30 PM.
The event is free and open to the public, with donations accepted. It’s a great opportunity for the community to come together, support local businesses, and enjoy a fantastic day of food and fun.
