Opening its location within Estades Salon at 308 North Fisk Avenue in January of this year, immediate popularity and success has resulted in an expansion of Beauty Bus Brownwood, which on Aug. 16 will hold a grand opening at its new residence – Harper House at 1001 Main Street.
Brownwood is the fourth location for Beauty Bus, which can also be found Abilene and Buffalo Gap.
Founded by Dr. Sara Trammell, who has dedicated more than 15 years medical-grade aesthetics and 23 years as a physician, the Beauty Bus offers a wealth of tenured expertise, meticulously guiding each client to their desired aesthetic and health outcomes with exceptional precision and care.
“The decision to bring the Beauty Bus to Brownwood was a natural progression,” Trammell said. “We’ve seen a growing demand for high-quality, medical-grade aesthetics in the area, and I’m thrilled to fill that need with our comprehensive range of services, from injectables and laser treatments to advanced facials. Along with Trammell, the Beauty Bus Brownwood staff will consist of Sarah Hanson, PA-C, Morgan Morales and Renea Ritter.
Hanson handles injections and fillers and Morales is an esthetician who will offer all skincare facials.
“I met Dr. Sara in 2022,” Hanson said. “We’d always gone back and forth on starting something in Brownwood, the timing was just never right. About a year ago, we started talking again and started looking at
different spaces to get our foot in the door in this area. We opened at the Estades Salon in January of this year and it grew to this. When I went to Abilene for a training in the office after Easter of this year, Dr. Sara mentioned to me that she wanted to start looking for other spaces. That took me back a little bit, but I told her if she was ready to expand I was on board, too. She was interested in looking at other spaces, and I had my eye on Harper House since the fall. When I sent the information to her she said she loved this place and the next day she came down here to look at it.”
Dr. Trammell said of the move to Harper House, “The rate of growth we experienced here in Brownwood steered us to move into a bigger space like this and continue to expand. With the new offerings, this space and the availability we’ll have moving forward once we open here affords us the opportunity to provide even more a year from now. We opened in January and purchased this building in June, which shows Brownwood is ready for the Beauty Bus. People are looking for different ways to feel good and look their best and we believe we’ll continue to grow. Brownwood is a wonderful community with great people.”

“We’re going to have retail space and a waiting and office area,” Ritter said. “You can come in and ask questions about what we offer, you don’t have to come in just because you have an appointment.
