NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025:

(VAR 11-25) 3408 Golding Rd: Requesting a variance for 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement and 5ft into the 6ft side yard setback requirement for a pre-fab carport.

(VAR 12-25) 2004 Brooke Ln: Requesting a variance for 6 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a pergola. Will add gutters.

(VAR 13-25) 7 Durango Ct: Requesting a variance for 18 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.
