The Early Chamber of Commerce shared the following information on social media Thursday morning:

The Early Chamber of Commerce and the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce proudly presented donation checks to the City of Early Police Department, Brownwood Police Department, Brown County Sheriff’s Office, and Bangs Police Department as a token of appreciation for their dedication and service to our communities.

These donations were made possible thanks to the incredible community support shown during the Law Enforcement Appreciation Luncheon held in May. The event brought together citizens, businesses, and civic leaders to recognize and honor the men and women who work tirelessly to protect and serve Brown County.

Each department plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our area, and we are grateful for the opportunity to give back in a small way. Thank you to our law enforcement officers for your continued commitment, bravery, and sacrifice.
