
The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Tiffany Nicole Daniel, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Justin Travis Eoff, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Alexis Nicole Wilson pled guilty to the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jeffrey Emly pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Armando Faz aka Armando Zachary Neil Faz Jr., on probation for two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Faz pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion-Prior Conviction and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Ricky James Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Michelle Nicole Anderson, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Against a Public Servant, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- James Mason Bartts, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
