Eight sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Tiffany Nicole Daniel, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Justin Travis Eoff, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Alexis Nicole Wilson pled guilty to the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jeffrey Emly pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Armando Faz aka Armando Zachary Neil Faz Jr., on probation for two separate felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Faz pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion-Prior Conviction and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ricky James Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Michelle Nicole Anderson, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Against a Public Servant, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • James Mason Bartts, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
