Brown County Sheriff's Office Report: July 17

The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:

On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to make contact by phone to a property owner in reference to a criminal trespassing report and investigation. Contact was made and information gathered. Contact was made with the suspect the following day and a trespass warning was issued.
On June 16, 2025, at 2042 hours, Deputy Thomas Beloat with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to County Road 334 regarding domestic disturbance. Deputy Beloat arrived on scene and both parties had been separated. Information was gathered and a report was completed.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at approximately 2231 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff Francisco Valencia conducted a traffic stop in the block of W US 67. The odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle and a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. Marijuana was located and the driver was placed into custody for Possession of Marijuana. A report was made.
