The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:

• On June 2, 2025, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, was dispatched to county road 151 regarding a couch, which had been dumped on the side of the road. A report was made.
• On 07/12/2025, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to 6950 Shamrock Dr, Brownwood, TX 76801 regarding a dog bite. Deputy Geis arrived and spoke to Jeffery Parks, who said Jack Powell had been bitten by one of his dogs and had killed a cat. EMS arrived and advised the injury to Jack’s hand was not from a dog, but Jack had scraped it. Information was gathered, options were provided regarding the dogs, and a report was made.
• On Friday, July 11, 2025, at approximately 23:30, Deputy G. Smith was dispatched to site sixty in Comanche Trails Campground at Brownwood State Park for a male and female fighting.
• On July 12, 2025, at approximately 1543 hours, Deputy Alexandria Sanchez was dispatched to a theft by public service. Deputy Sanchez spoke with the victim, who said last night while he was at work, he received a bank notification at 20:30 his debt card was charged to Uber Eats for a total of $ 39.67. Information was taken and report was made.
• On Monday, 7/14/2025, at about 1505 hours, Deputy Dean Anderson and I, Deputy Chris Williamson, were dispatched to a domestic disturbance located at Ave C and Lewis Street in Brownwood, TX. Jacky Wayne Carter stated Silver Lashell Hill assaulted him. Hill was taken into custody. Information was collected and a report was made.
• On Monday, 7/14/2025, at about 1505 hours, Deputy Dean Anderson and I, Deputy Chris Williamson, were dispatched to a domestic disturbance located at Ave C and Lewis Street in Brownwood TX. Silver Lashell Hill stated Jacky Wayne Carter assaulted her by punching her in the face and the back of the head. Information was collected, and a report was made.
