West Texas Health Care Provider Participation District – Consideration of FY 2026 Mandatory Payment Rate and Provider Participation Program

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the West Texas Health Care Provider Participation District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing and board meeting on June 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Kerrville City Hall, 701 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028.  The District will hear public comments and consider action concerning: 1) the District’s participation in a health care provider participation program, 2) the annual amount and timing of the mandatory payments that the District intends to require of all local hospitals in the District, 3) other administrative matters related to the District’s operation. The District will hold the public hearing pursuant to Chapter 300A of the Health and Safety Code, which authorized the creation of the District.  It is the intent that a board member will be physically present at that location, while other board members may attend the hearing via video conference call.  Representatives of local non-public hospitals and members of the public wishing to be heard on these matters may appear before the District Board of Directors at the public hearing.
