Brown County Constable Precinct 2

Eligibility Requirements for Position:

• Must maintain Texas Peace Officer License through TCOLE
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be qualified under the Constitution and laws to vote in the county
• Be at least 21 years or older
• Must not be convicted of a felony unless pardoned
• Must reside in Precinct 2
• Must be of sound mine and good moral character
• Must have reliable transportation
