May ISD and Early ISD have recently shared information regarding coaching openings.
May ISD on social media has announced its looking for a new head football coach and athletic director. James Ball served in that role for one season as the Tigers finished with a 9-2 overall record in 2024 and reached the playoffs for the 12th consecutive season.
The Early ISD website lists an opening for a head girls basketball coach at the high school level. Shayla Martinez guided the Lady Horns to a 19-14 record and a bi-district championship in the Early girls first postseason appearance since 2018.
