NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025:

(VAR 08-25) 2008 Brooke Ln: Requesting a variance for 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.

(VAR 09-25) 2401 Bonita St: Requesting a variance for 15ft. into the 15 ft. side street setback requirement for a carport.
