Brookesmith ISD issued the following press release Tuesday:

Dairy Queen Five Star Field Representative Myra Sojourner, Dublin Dairy Queen Representative Shanna Phelps, and Brownwood colleague Mitch Richards arrived at Brookesmith today bearing frozen treats – popsicles and ice cream yummies for every student! Ms. Nelson’s second-grade class is pictured above. Over 230 Brookesmith students and staff participated in this unexpected and welcome event!  Thank you, Ashley Haws, for facilitating this, and Terri Heard of the Brookesmith ISD Cafeteria for ensuring that every student and staff member was found and served.
