Robby Garrett, age 61, of Brownwood, passed away on May 14, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held in Weatherford prior to spreading his ashes into the Brazos on Tin Top Road. We will all meet at Mary’s Café and proceed to Tin Top Road. All are welcomed to attend when a date is determined.

Rob was born on January 7, 1964 in Fort Worth to Janice and Robert Garrett. He grew up in Weatherford and graduated from Weatherford High School. He was a Master Molder 1 and worked at Injection Molding as a Supervisor for 30 years. Rob married Jamie Garrett on January 2, 2017 in Hewitt, Texas and they began a life together that blessed them with a combined family of 6 children and many friends. Rob enjoyed spending time on the Brazos River fishing and relaxing. He also enjoyed golf and spending time with friends and family. Rob was a loving husband, brother and father. He was a good friend to many. Rob especially enjoyed telling stories about his childhood and the love he had for his mom. He spoke fondly of his good friends, Frank, Rose, Walter, and Walter’s dad, Bud. Rob loved his wife Jamie, and loved her kids as his own. He was a dad to Brett, Rachael, and Cadan, and loved them very much. Rob has many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, namely, Charles Jones, that he adored. Rob loved his family and friends and the time he spent with them.

Rob is survived by his wife, Jamie; children, Cadan, Brett, and Racheal Garrett; step daughters, Jami Floyd, Paigh Hunter, and Krystin England; sister, Kim Cross and husband Mark; brother, Michael Stevens and wife Kimberly; and nephew, Charles Jones.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jan and husband Red Cross; father, Robert “Bob” Garrett; sister, Shari Webber Garrett; niece, Jennifer Cross; and mentor, Bud McFarland. Thank you.

Condolences, memories, and tributes can be offered to the family online at heartlandfuneralhome.net
