Active Listings: 219 – up 8.4%

Months of Inventory: 6.6 – up 0.9 month

Days on Market: 70 – up 6 days

Days to Close: 32 – down 4 days

Total Days: 102 – up 2 days

Median Home Size: 1,620 square feet

Median Year Built: 1983

Closing Price/Original List Price: 90.5%

Sales Price Distribution:

less than $100,000:  16.2%

$100,000 – 199,999:  35.1%

$200,000 – 299,999:  24.3%

$300,000 – 399,999:  10.8%

$400,000 – 499,999:  2.7%

$500,000 and above:  10.8%
