Held annually in beautiful Risien Park in San Saba, Texas, the Cow Camp Cookoff is a proud stop on the Outlaw BBQ Association series. Teams from across the region fire up their pits and bring their best to compete in this smokin’ hot showdown of brisket, ribs, chicken, and more.
But this event is about more than just BBQ — it’s about community, competition, and compassion. All proceeds from the Cow Camp Cookoff go directly to support the Cherokee Home for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for kids in need.
