The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce shared the following information Friday afternoon: 

We’d like to inform our members, partners, and the community that Otis Felton will be stepping down from his role as Executive Director of the Chamber, effective May 13, 2025.

During his time with the organization, Otis focused on key priorities including stabilizing the Chamber’s finances, increasing its public visibility, and expanding membership. These efforts contributed to laying a stronger foundation for the Chamber’s future work.

As Otis moves on to pursue new opportunities, we thank him for his contributions and the time he dedicated to the role.

The Board will begin the process of identifying new leadership to continue advancing the Chamber’s mission and strategic goals. We remain committed to serving our members and the broader community with focus and momentum.
