As part of National Nurses Week, Hendrick Health announced honorees of special awards for their continual high caliber of care and service. Those receiving accolades at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood were Nurse Tech of The Year Ashlynn Anderson, Medical Assistant of the Year Paula Montellano, LVN Resident of the Year Maggie Salazar, RN Resident of the Year Kerisa Branton, Patient Care Tech of the Year Rachel Lopez, Coach of the Year Grace Willimon, Charge Nurse of the Year Lucy Torrez, Physician Choice: Nurse Leader of the Year Adelie Jordana-Cooper, Physician Choice: Nurse of the Year Ashlee Moya, Nurse Leader of the Year Starla Hidrogo, and Nurse of the Year Kelly Carstens.
