NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025:

(VAR 06-25) 4409 McArthur Circle: Requesting a variance for 20 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.

(VAR 07-25) 1909 Avenue J: Requesting a variance to change the building setback lines from 6ft. to 4ft. for a re-plat.
